Transport basket washer

The transport basket cleaning machine is a fully automatic device designed to solve the cleaning problems of various turnover baskets, pallets and boxes. The equipment adopts a three-stage independent circulation water tank design, including hot alkaline water high-flow immersion, hot water high-pressure flushing and long-flow water cleaning. While ensuring effective removal of oil and stubborn stains, it can also ensure efficient use of water resources to avoid waste. 

The washer is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which can flexibly adjust the cleaning speed according to the cleanliness of different baskets. Whether it is a lightly contaminated basket or a heavily contaminated basket, it can find the most suitable cleaning mode. At the same time, the guardrail guide rails on both sides of the equipment and the top water spray pipe can be adjusted to adapt to baskets of different sizes and heights, greatly improving the versatility of the equipment.

The entire equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, greatly extending the service life of the equipment. The hot alkaline water and hot water tanks are equipped with steam or electric heating systems, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 60℃ and 80℃ to ensure that each cleaning can achieve the best results. Within this temperature range, the cleaning agent can fully play its role, and at the same time, it will not cause damage to the transport basket. The electric control box is made of stainless steel, which centrally controls all power, is easy to operate and maintain.
